The Cottonwood Community Garden is located at Riverfront Park, west of the Cottonwood Dog Park.
Garden Management
The City of Cottonwood Parks & Recreation Department manages the Cottonwood Community Garden.
Plots and Fees
Garden plots for the 2026 season are available. Lease prices are below. All plots require a $50 refundable deposit to ensure the space is well-kept and the plot is returned to its original condition and the end of your lease.
16' x 16' = $45
8' x 16' = $27.50
Plot of SIX - 4' x 6' Preferred plots - $50
There is no additional charge for water. Some gardening tools are provided; however, it is recommended that you have the tools needed to tend your plot(s).
Organic Garden
The Cottonwood Community Garden has been designated as an organic garden. Any fertilizers, soil amendments, pest, weed, and disease control products used in the garden must be listed under the Organic Materials Review Institute (OMRI) products list. The list is provided on OMRI's website.
