Group Exercise Classes at the REC 

The Cottonwood Recreation Center (The REC) offers adult group exercise classes by knowledgeable instructors seven days a week. Included are classes geared towards:

  • Aerobics
  • Endurance
  • Strengthening
  • Stress Reduction
  • Toning

Register

Some classes are so popular that they fill quickly. Pre-registration isn’t necessary, but it is suggested for some classes in order to guarantee your spot. Call the Rec Center at 928-639-3200 as early as one business day prior to the scheduled class.
