Employee Manual:
In 2021, revisions to the 2008 Employee Manual began and finished updates were adopted by Council. Until the revisions are complete, employees will operate under the 2008 manual sections that have not been repealed and the newly adopted sections that have replaced the repealed sections of the 2008 manual.
