  • Xpress Bill Pay

  • The City of Cottonwood is transitioning to a new online payment provider Xpress Bill Pay. The switch was made to provide you with many new and enhanced features. All users will need to create a new account and to fill out billing information.

  • The City is also adding IVR  - Interactive Voice Response -  that you can use to make a payment 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 1-866-832-9903.
