What are the curfew hours?
For children under 16 years of age the curfew hours are 10 p.m. - 5 a.m. For those 16 and 17 year of age the curfew is midnight to 5 a.m.

The curfew limitations do not apply if the minor is:
- Accompanied by the minor's parent or guardian or an adult having supervisorial custody of the minor
- With prior permission of the parent or guardian or an adult having supervisorial custody, in a motor vehicle involved in interstate travel
- With prior permission of the parent or guardian or an adult having supervisorial custody, in an employment activity or going to or returning home from an employment activity without a detour or stop by the most direct route
- On an emergency errand
- Specifically directed to the location by the parent or guardian or an adult having supervisorial custody, on reasonable, legitimate business or some other activity, or going to or returning home from such business or activity
- With prior permission of the parent or guardian or an adult having supervisorial custody, engaged in a reasonable and legitimate exercise of First Amendment rights protected by the United States Constitution
- Married and sixteen years of age or over, or in the military
- On the sidewalk abutting their residence or on the next door neighbor's property with the consent of the neighbor.
