Cottonwood Historic Property Tour 2025

COTTONWOOD, AZ – The Cottonwood Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) is pleased to announce the return of the Cottonwood Historic Property Tour (CHPT) in 2025! The CHPT will take place during the November 8th Walkin’ on Main event in Old Town Cottonwood with tours departing every 30 minutes from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Perfect for history lovers, participants will enjoy learning the local history behind not only the properties but also many important figures throughout the years. Knowledgeable docents will inform you of local lore and key information highlighting each stop’s significance.

Tickets for the CHPT can be purchased in person at the HPC’s booth at Walkin’ on Main for just $5 each. The money raised will be used to provide additional funding for the 50/50 Small Grant Funding Program which provides grants to historic landmarked properties.

We would like to thank this year’s sponsors: Taylor & Sons Hauling, Inc. and Wired-Up Systems, LLC.
