PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING
COTTONWOOD, AZ – The Cottonwood Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding a meeting on Monday, June 16, at 6:00 p.m., at the City Council Chambers - Riverfront, 1083 E. Riverfront Road, Cottonwood, AZ 86326.
The following items are scheduled for New Business:
- CUP-25-001 – A request for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed allowed maximum number, area, and height of signs.
- DR-25-005 – R Squared Powersports
- CUP-25-002 – Conditional Use Permit to allow side-by-side vehicle rentals.
- DR-25-006 – CTW Helicopter Hangars
- Z-25-001 – Section 310: Historic Preservation Ordinance text amendment
All interested persons are encouraged to attend or send comments to the Community Development Director by noon on Friday, June 13, 2025. A verbal comment period will be provided during each hearing item. The Chair may impose a time limit on each speaker.
An agenda item may be heard at the next regularly scheduled Planning and Zoning Commission meeting due to the unexpected cancellation of this meeting or removal of the item from the agenda. Material relating to the above is available for review from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, and Fridays from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Community Development Department, 111 North Main Street in Cottonwood, (928) 634-5505.
